Todd has developed a masterful knowledge base in architecture, design, and construction over 35 years, with a passion for projects featuring traditional modernist themes. His extensive portfolio includes the completion of over 45 custom residences, boutique hotels, high-occupancy podium residences, beach homes, jungle retreats, desert estancias, and numerous industrial or commercial-to-residential conversions.

He has had the privilege of collaborating with some of the finest architects, engineers, and designers from Indonesia, Silicon Valley, New England, and Costa Rica, and has worked in multiple languages. His skill set extends from master craftsmanship to project administration, and he has a rich history of designing, engineering, and supervising countless assemblies using various construction materials.

Todd has designed and built six of his own homes in the US and abroad. Currently, he and his wife are renovating a mid-century modern home in Joshua Tree, California.
